istointents.com and istointents.org use no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and have no forms.

The sites are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which on our behalf processes the connection data needed to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, such as your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. Transfer to the USA: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you write to us

We use your e-mail address and message only to reply and keep them only as long as the conversation needs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you. Mail to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox at AutoIsto.

Your wishes in Isto Intents

You enter a wish with an operator — for example on AutoIsto or LivinIsto — and only after you agree to it there. That operator tells you before you agree what it processes and why.

Your contact details and your private limit are never given to sellers or partners. You can cancel a wish at any time; once it ends, it is deleted within 30 days.

The Isto Intents Registry

If you list a server, we publish what your descriptor contains, including its contact address, and the results of our checks. Use a role address, not a person's. We store nothing about who submits a host. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a public, working registry. You can remove the entry at any time.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected].

You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
